Care. Practice. Action.
A monthly practice space for people who want to do something, not only know something.
Â
Most sustainability events send you home with more information and no more capacity. This series is built the other way round. Three hours, in a room with twenty-odd other people, working with your hands and your attention on something specific.
Â
Every session, the same three movements:
Â
CARE — 30 minutes. A guided practice of inner leadership: attention, breath, and one honest question. Secular, no experience needed. Led by Karime Abib, Inner Development Goals Ambassador.
PRACTICE — 1 hour 45. The part that changes. A board game, a collage, a repair bench, a garden. Made simple and playful, and never a competition. Hosted by AdvantiKA and guests
ACTION — 30 minutes. We explore individual commitments and appreciate each other. The room hears it and reflects back. You leave held rather than instructed.
Sessions use Impact-in-Practiceâ„¢, a tool developed by AdvantiKA GmbH.
Â
You care about impact. You're building something responsible, aiming for real outcomes—whether that's your own venture, your company's strategy, your NGO's mission, or your community's future. But where do you actually gather with peers who share that commitment—to work through challenges together, to generate the ideas that only emerge in action, not to sit and listen?
Patagonia Impact Lab is that space. Every gathering follows the same ritual—one we call Care. Practice. Action.—and this structure never changes:
- Care — A guided practice for personal resilience and leadership.Â
- Practice — A rotating activity that changes each month (solve a real problem, map a system, repair something, transform what was linear into circular, play a game that teaches, create a collage—whatever fits the month).Â
- Action — A commitment structured in a way that it turns insight into results.
The structure holds. The practice rotates. You come back without repeating yourself, but reinforcing the support within a skillful community. Each month brings a new practice with a validated method from leading professionals in change who know the work, based on science, rigorous evidence, and joy. One gathering each month—morning (9:00–12:00) and late afternoon (16:00–19:00). Same energy, different theme. Choose the time that fits your working life. Join. Repeat.
You'll find:
- Impact professionals from purpose-driven SMEs, B Corps, and NGOs —practitioners doing responsible work, not talking about it
- Professional insights and facilitation from Karime Abib (30 Years Management, BCorp Consultant, IDG Ambassador) and AdvantiKA's and Patagonia's partnersÂ
- A space designed to fill the gap in Zürich for people committed to impact and responsibility
- Consistent rhythm, rotating content, no wasted energy on scattered events
- Three hours where leadership, practice, and tangible action move together
This is for people who know that impact work needs community. Who've felt its absence and want that to change.
Come meet us. Care with us. Practice with us. Act together.

A discovery practice to find joy and happiness in doing good for future generations.
This exercise will take the complexities of systemic and scientific views presented by the IPCC and transform then in fun actions you can convince sceptics about and have a laugh at it. Combines different tools.

All repairs and events are free or donation based, with proceeds going to local NGOs protecting our ocean. Home to amazing, abundant life, the ocean connects us through food, culture and sport.

Tucked deep in the Indian Himalaya is a 21,100-foot behemoth called Papsura, the face of which is split by a line so perfect and massive it pushed the skills of even the most renowned ski mountaineers. Papsura: Peak of Evil follows professional snowboarders Nick Russell and Jerry Mark from California’s Sierra Nevada to this remote corner of the world’s greatest mountain range, as they harness years of experience in pursuit of the biggest line of their lives.Â
